I wanted to share this with you all. This young man, Neal E. Boyd, was my families Aflac agent and he won America's Got Talent this past season. Since I come from a long line of military I have always Loved Lee Greenwoods version of the song. I bought this CD out of support to our friend and this is the first song on the CD and it is beautiful! It gave me goose bumps, I cried, shared it with my girlfriend... who cried too and I just love it. I hope some of you enjoy it and if you do buy the CD! I paid 11.99 at Best Buy because I wanted it now and Amazon mails it. This will play at my 4th of July celebration, on repeat probably all day!
His version of Amazing Grace is good too. He sings opera type stuff but this CD is good and I am not that fond of opera. Its so funny, we knew he traveled to DC and here, there and everywhere singing, but never knew... I could have had a free private mini concert in my home :) He is so sweet, sincere, and genuine. He is Blessed!
